Born and raised in beautiful Martin County, Shelby McNulty offers deep local roots and a wealth of professional knowledge in the real estate sector. A proud graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Political Science, she is also a member of Kappa Delta sorority.
Shelby’s early career took her to Washington, D.C., where she worked for Congressman Thomas J. Rooney and contributed to the 2012 presidential campaign of Mitt Romney, sharpening her skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. Since earning her degree in 2013, she has built a proven track record in sales, marketing, and consulting with respected organizations such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the PGA Tour, and a nationwide automotive company. These roles strengthened her ability to understand client needs, create strategic solutions, and deliver measurable results.
Her career and life have taken her beyond Florida, including five years in Charleston, South Carolina, and most recently the Dallas–Fort Worth area, before returning home to Stuart. These experiences expanded her network, broadened her perspective, and deepened her appreciation for the Treasure Coast.
