His portfolio includes developments such as the $27M Terraces Senior Housing Development, the $14M Groves at Mile Branch community, and the $10M Lykes Steamship Apartments redevelopment. With expertise in project management, contract negotiation, and financial oversight, David consistently delivers results that elevate the West Coast of Florida’s real estate landscape and exceed client expectations.
efore shifting his focus to real estate sales and development, David held senior leadership roles including President of Comfort Engineered Systems, Inc., where he successfully returned a struggling mechanical contracting business to profitability, and President of Mandell Construction & Development, Inc., specializing in new builds, tenant improvements, and site development. This hands-on experience gives him a unique edge in helping buyers, sellers, and investors identify value and make confident real estate decisions.
David holds a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College and is both a Licensed Class A Certified General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Salesman in Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys boating the scenic waterways with his wife and perfecting his homemade barbecue sauce.
